slow elevatorsoutdated plugs
The elevators were suspiciously slow. I started to question if i'd age decades just riding up. also, finding a plug near the bed was like hunting for treasure, a quest i failed miserably. i also found some strange spots on the bathroom door handle!!!

check-in was easy. the staff was very friendly and helpful! the room was clean and spacious (much better than i expected). i was impressed by the thoughtful touches, like the weighing scale in reception to save faffing at the airport.
the bathroom didn't have enough towels. there were no hand towels, so we used the bath towels for face and hands. the bathroom door also made a slight noise when closing.

the hotel is conveniently located near local transport links, great (made getting around so easy!). i also spotted good restaurants close to the hotel. it is a short walk to the metro.

Check-in was smooth. We arrived and received immediate attention. We requested a higher floor and got room 1122 on the 11th floor. The view of the city was GREAT!!! The staff showed where the extra towels were. This marked my fifth time at this hotel, spanning from 2009 to 2025. I like the Ibis brand, I have stayed at several locations.
The restaurant menu could use more healthy options.

The room had ample furniture. It featured a big, clean bathroom. Its proximity to the blue metro station is perfect if you want easy access to areas outside the city center, like Sintra.

Underground parking is available, an EXCELLENT plus. The hotel is near the metro. A 24-hour front desk is available. The hotel provides easy access to public transportation near the location.

The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The team was really friendly. The staff addressed our requests immediately. They always resolved any doubts we raised.

The staff were very polite. The location is great. I found the hotel very clean. The beds are comfortable.
The bathroom did not have enough towels. There were no hand towels. I used bath towels for my face and hands, which wasn't ideal. The bathroom door made some noise when closing.
