slow elevators outdated plugs
The elevators were suspiciously slow. I started to question if i'd age decades just riding up. also, finding a plug near the bed was like hunting for treasure, a quest i failed miserably. i also found some strange spots on the bathroom door handle!!!

fresh juice affordable wine helpful staff
Breakfast included fresh squeezed orange juice. That was a very pleasant surprise! The bar offered pizza and affordable wine. It was very convenient. The staff were helpful and polite.
There was no tea kettle in the room for making tea.

metro access caring staff comfortable beds
I found the location near the metro helpful. It made traveling easy. the staff at the front desk were very caring. i liked that the beds were comfortable after long days.

smooth check-in higher floor great view extra towels
Check-in was smooth. We arrived and received immediate attention. We requested a higher floor and got room 1122 on the 11th floor. The view of the city was GREAT!!! The staff showed where the extra towels were. This marked my fifth time at this hotel, spanning from 2009 to 2025. I like the Ibis brand, I have stayed at several locations.
The restaurant menu could use more healthy options.

The room had ample furniture. It featured a big, clean bathroom. Its proximity to the blue metro station is perfect if you want easy access to areas outside the city center, like Sintra.

Underground parking is available, an EXCELLENT plus. The hotel is near the metro. A 24-hour front desk is available. The hotel provides easy access to public transportation near the location.

The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The team was really friendly. The staff addressed our requests immediately. They always resolved any doubts we raised.
